Chapter Information:
This is the oldest and senior active Irish Royal Arch Chapter in India. Originally consecrated in Calcutta in 1949 to mark the Silver Jubilee of its attached Lodge, the Lodge Harp of erin no. 567 I.C., it has a rich history of relocation. From Calcutta, it moved to Bombay, and finally to Madras. Throughout these moves, it has maintained its significance and legacy. Today, it stands as a testament to the enduring nature of Irish Freemasonry in India. Its journey reflects the resilience and adaptability of the Masonic community.
